IMPORTANT

By placing an order or making a purchase of Red Line Passion product (the “Product”) at this website or other Red Line Passion official self-operated stores, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below along with Red Line Passion’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

For Product purchased from an authorized Red Line Passion retailer or other retailer, please contact the retailer for their return & refund policy.

Red Line Passion wants to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You can try Product for 30 days. For any Product that is in good condition, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment.
However, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Red Line Passion:

  1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. Accessories must be kept unused when you return them to us.
  2. Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  3. Only items that have been purchased directly from this website or Red Line Passion official self-operated stores, can be returned to Red Line Passion. Product purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policy.
  4. PLEASE NOTE: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How To Return a Product

  1. Please contact us at support@redlinepassion.com to receive return instructions.
  2. Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.
  3. Enclose the Warranty Card with the product. If you cannot send your Warranty Card, please include your order number, product serial number, billing name, and address with the product.
  4. Red Line Passion will pay for return shipping costs (only within the country or region where the Product was originally purchased and only for items that are in good condition). Unauthorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
  5. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Fedex for your return.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse
